Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Gifts In LLC. They do not create an agreement between you and Etsy, Inc.

2. Private Developer Preview

The application is currently in private developer preview for personal access development and authorized testing. It is not open for public registration, public login, public API testing, or paid subscription use.

3. Eligibility

You may use the application only if you are the owner of the connected shop or an authorized representative of that shop.

4. Etsy OAuth Authorization

Any private Etsy shop data must be accessed through Etsy OAuth 2.0 authorization. You must not share Etsy passwords with Gifts In LLC or any application operator.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not scrape Etsy or attempt to bypass the Etsy API.
• Do not bypass Etsy checkout.
• Do not use the application for spam or unsolicited marketing.
• Do not connect a shop you are not authorized to manage.
• Do not use the application to support prohibited items, infringement, or other misuse.

6. Fees

There are no fees during the personal access developer-preview phase.

7. Availability

The application is provided for development and testing. It may be changed, suspended, or discontinued without notice.

8. Termination and Disconnection

Gifts In LLC may limit or terminate access if needed for security, compliance, or misuse prevention. Users may request disconnection and data deletion through the support and data deletion channels.

DISCLAIMER: THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY GIFTS IN LLC (THE "APPLICATION DEVELOPER"). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.
